GscleIn plain words. Gscle suggests what to clean; you decide what to delete. Please review suggestions before confirming, keep a backup of anything precious, and use the App lawfully. Purchases are handled by Apple.
1. Agreement
By downloading or using “Gscle: Phone Storage Cleaner” (the “App”) from the Gscle Team, you agree to these Terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Apple EULA”). If these Terms and the Apple EULA conflict, the Apple EULA prevails to the extent required.
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable licence to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, as allowed by the App Store usage rules. You may not copy, modify, reverse‑engineer, resell or redistribute the App, except where the law expressly permits it.
3. Your decisions, your data
The App groups photos, videos, files and contacts it considers duplicate, similar or large. These are suggestions produced by automated analysis and may not always match your intent. You are responsible for reviewing each item before you confirm deletion or merging. Deleted media normally stays in iOS “Recently Deleted” for about 30 days; after that, or if you empty that album, it cannot be recovered by us. We recommend keeping an iCloud or computer backup of important content.
4. Purchases and subscriptions
Some features may require an in‑app purchase or an auto‑renewing subscription. Prices, trial periods and renewal terms are shown in the App before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. A subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel it in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple according to its policies.
5. Acceptable use
Use the App only with content and contacts you have the right to manage, and do not use it to break any law or to interfere with the App's operation.
6. Availability and updates
We may update, change or discontinue features to improve the App or to keep it compatible with iOS. We do not guarantee that the App will be error‑free or available at all times.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non‑infringement, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of data you chose to delete. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
8. Privacy
The App does not collect personal data. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
We may revise these Terms and will post the new version on this page with an updated effective date. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
