GscleThe short version. Gscle is a broom, not a bucket. It looks at your photos, videos, files and contacts only so it can help you tidy them, and it does that work entirely on your iPhone. We, the Gscle Team, do not receive, keep, sell or share any of it. There are no accounts, no analytics and no advertising trackers in the app.
1. Who we are
This policy describes how the iOS application “Gscle: Phone Storage Cleaner” (the “App”) and the website cleanergscle.com (the “Site”) treat information. Both are made by the Gscle Team (“we”, “us”). The name Gscle stands for Global Solutions Cleaner Enterprise.
2. What we collect: nothing
We designed the App so that there is nothing for us to collect. In particular, we do not collect:
- the content or metadata of your photos, videos, files or contacts;
- your name, email address, phone number or any account details (the App has no sign‑up);
- location, device identifiers, advertising identifiers (IDFA) or IP addresses;
- usage statistics, crash analytics or behavioural data.
The App contains no third‑party analytics, advertising or tracking SDKs, and it does not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies. This matches the “Data Not Collected” label on our App Store page.
3. What the App reads on your device, and why
To find clutter, the App asks iOS for permission to read certain data. iOS shows the request; you decide. The data is processed in your iPhone's memory during the scan and is not copied off the device.

Scan results (for example, which photos were grouped together) may be kept temporarily in the App's private storage on your device to make the next scan faster. This cache never syncs to us and is erased when you delete the App. You can withdraw any permission at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security; the related features will simply stop working.
4. When you delete something
Nothing is removed until you confirm. Photos and videos you delete are moved by iOS to the “Recently Deleted” album, from which they can usually be restored for about 30 days. Contact changes are applied to your device's address book; if you use iCloud Contacts, Apple syncs those changes under Apple's own privacy policy, not ours.
5. Purchases
If the App offers in‑app purchases or subscriptions, they are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never see your card number, Apple ID or billing address. The App only receives a confirmation from Apple that a purchase is active, which it uses on the device to unlock features.
6. Network use
Scanning and cleaning work offline. The App does not send your data to any server we operate. Network traffic you may notice comes from Apple services (such as the App Store) that iOS runs on your behalf.
The Site is a static page: no cookies, no forms, no analytics scripts. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your browser's IP address as part of serving the font file. Our hosting provider may keep standard technical server logs for security; we do not use them to identify visitors.
7. If you email us
There is no contact form. If you write to [email protected], we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include. We use it only to reply to you, never for marketing, and we delete the conversation once your request is resolved, unless we need to keep it to meet a legal obligation. Please do not send us photos or contact lists; we never need them to help you.
8. Children
The App is rated 4+ and is safe for all ages because it collects no personal information from anyone, including children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). Since we hold no data, there is no child data for us to review or delete. If you are a parent and have a question, write to us.
9. Your rights
Laws such as the GDPR (EU/UK), the CCPA/CPRA (California) and similar regulations give you rights to access, correct, delete or port your personal data and to object to its processing. Because the App does not collect personal data, there is nothing stored with us to access or erase. The one exception is email correspondence: you may ask us at any time to send you a copy of it or delete it. We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.
10. Security
The safest data is data that is never transmitted. By keeping all processing on your device, the App relies on the protection iOS already provides: app sandboxing, encryption at rest and your passcode or Face ID.
11. Changes to this policy
If we ever change how the App handles data, we will update this page and the effective date above before the change takes effect. If a change would mean collecting any personal data, we will ask for your consent inside the App first.
